Crafted with heirloom grains grown on small family farms, including the rare Cherokee White Corn, this bourbon is a testament to quality and tradition. Each batch is aged for a minimum of four years in charred American Oak barrels before being double-barreled for an additional 3-6 months in new oak at a lower proof. Whiskey JYPSI Explorer Straight Bourbon Whiskey offers an intricate dance of wood and spirit. This inaugural release marries the spicy nuances of French Oak from the Tronçais forest with the honeyed sweetness of Appalachian Oak. Crafted with a robust mash bill of 66% corn, 30% rye, and 4% malted barley, it promises a bold, full-bodied flavor.
